Easton Bevins is an independent property consultancy specialising in building surveying, architectural design and block and estate management.

We work with both commercial and private clients to provide advice and support relating to the purchase, design and development, management and maintenance, leasing and disposing of property. We have particular specialisms in Litigation, Expert Witness and Dispute Resolution.

The advice that we provide helps our clients reduce risk and protect their investment.

Building Surveying Services

Our experienced surveyors and consultants offer expert advice and support at every stage of the property lifecycle.

With 35 members of staff, working across seven office locations we are able to offer a full range of professional surveying services to clients throughout the UK.

We are also a member of RICS, and our vast experience in all areas of property surveying ensures that our service is second to none.

Commercial Surveys

Are aimed at giving potential purchasers and leaseholders a snapshot picture of the condition of premises prior to taking on obligations as owner or leaseholder.

Residential Surveys

Help ensure that homeowners are aware of the condition of a property before buying. We offer a full range of surveys and can advise on which type will best meet your needs.

Fire Safety

We are highly experienced in inspecting both internal and external fire safety and project managing remedial works for residential apartments and offices.

Project Coordination

With experience in all aspects of the construction process our surveyors can oversee both domestic and commercial projects from start to finish.

Party Wall Advice

Our surveyors have expertise in dealing with projects that fall under the Party Wall Act and can ensure work conforms to the rules and help resolve issues.

Planned Maintenance

A PMP helps identify areas of your building that require either urgent work or regular maintenance, allowing you to put the necessary funds in place.

CDM Regulations

We can ensure you meet your Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 duties and provide Principal Designer services.

Statutory Consents

We regularly assist clients with statutory consent applications for different projects, from simple domestic extensions through to large residential or commercial developments.

Cladding Remediation

Following completion of a major, highly complex cladding remediation project that began in 2020, we are proud to have delivered the project ahead of schedule, under budget, and to have secured an A1 EWS1 (External Wall System) certificate – the highest possible safety rating.
